No accounts, no card data, no trackers. Here is exactly what we store.

Our approach

MA Watches is a guest-only store. We do not run customer accounts, we do not ask you to create a password, and we collect the absolute minimum needed to deliver a watch to your door.

What is stored in your browser

  • An anonymous session ID generated locally in your browser.
  • Your cart contents and wishlist, saved in localStorage on your own device.

None of this data is transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser storage erases it permanently.

What you share when you order

When you press “Confirm Order via WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. The name, phone number, city, address, payment preference and order details you entered are sent by you, from your own WhatsApp account, to our store number. We receive them as an ordinary WhatsApp message.

How we use it

  • To confirm, pack and deliver your order.
  • To handle warranty, return or exchange requests.
  • To reply to your enquiries.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone except the courier handling your parcel.

Payment information

We never collect card details. Payment is Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash — all handled outside this website.

Third parties

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and links out to WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies. We run no advertising trackers and no analytics profiling on this store.

Retention

Order messages are retained in our WhatsApp business inbox for up to 24 months for warranty and accounting purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to delete the order records associated with your phone number. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm deletion within 7 working days, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
