1. Acceptance
By browsing this website or placing an order with MA Watches, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Products and pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
- Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice.
- Product photographs are representative; minor variation in dial tone or strap finish may occur between batches.
3. Orders
An order is only a request until we confirm it on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example when an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the delivery address cannot be served by our couriers. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash. For prepaid orders, dispatch begins only after funds clear. MA Watches never requests card numbers, CVV codes or one-time passwords — treat any such request as fraudulent.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. MA Watches is not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, security situations or courier operations.
6. Returns and warranty
Governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Warranty covers movement and manufacturing defects only and is void if the watch has been opened or serviced by an unauthorised third party.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, layout, photography and the MA Watches name — belongs to MA Watches and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, MA Watches' total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
