Dispatch times

All confirmed orders are dispatched from our Lahore workshop within 24 working hours. Orders confirmed on Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2–4 working days.
Other cities and towns: 3–6 working days.
Remote or restricted areas: up to 8 working days, subject to courier coverage.

Delivery charges

Flat Rs. 350 nationwide.
Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 80,000.
Cash on Delivery is available on every order, with no extra COD fee.

Order tracking

Once your parcel is booked we send the courier name and tracking number to the WhatsApp number you provided at checkout. You can reply to that same chat at any time for an update.

Failed deliveries

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or the phone number is unreachable, it returns to us and we will contact you to re-book. Repeat re-bookings may incur an additional Rs. 350 delivery charge.

Packaging

Every watch ships in its brand box inside a padded, tamper-evident outer carton. Please record an unboxing video where possible — it makes any damage claim immediate and painless.
